  • Processing incoming requests from the first line of technical support.
  • Support and partial tuning of the company's services.
  • Monitoring the status of services.
  • Independent solution of issues, relying on the acquired knowledge and access to systems for which the technical department is responsible.
  • Redirecting issues beyond the competence of the technical department to the appropriate company services.


  • Experience in technical support of the second / third level from 1 year: administration of systems / applications (the sphere of fintech will be a plus)
  • Ability to investigate problems with the help of logs, work with databases (SQL);
  • Ability to work with a large amount of data: the ability to work with arrays, conducting complex calculations.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems: understanding of the server device, configuring Firewall, monitoring the operation of services, basic command line knowledge.
  • Understanding how networks work is a plus.
